The interview process was intense. I interviewed for an entire day with more than 20 different staff members. The process would have been acceptable for a key leadership role such as President, but not for the position I applied for. I answered the same questions over and over all day long from multiple staff members. It got to be redundant and by the end of the day, I wasn't even interested in the job anymore. Afterward, I wasn't properly thanked for traveling to campus and spending an entire day on campus for the interview. I took two days off of work and traveled more than 3 hours. I was disappointed in their true lack of courtesy. I thanked everyone I interviewed with formally the very next day and only heard back from one person via email who actually thanked me for my time.
