Started out with an introductory review with a 30 minute manager/team lead, then a review with HR, then an hour with a different team lead, then a multiple round interview. They would take up to a week to respond after each one, and despite saying I had a resume they were looking for, ultimate said they decided to go with someone who had a resume they were looking for, so I’m not sure they know what they’re looking for
