Applied online. I got an email from a third-party recruiter (jobvite) in the following week asking for my availability for a screening call. I sent my options and we scheduled a time to talk. I waited for the call but that didn't happen. I sent a follow up e-mail asking if she still had interest in speaking with me. She apologized and asked again for my availability for the next week. We scheduled a new call and again she didn't call. This time I didn't send any message hoping that she would contact me apologizing for the no-show. That didn't happen. After a month or so she sent another message asking for my availability to discuss a similar role that they were hiring. I was reticent to reply, but I decided to give another try. I mentioned what happened in the past and asked if she wouldn't be too busy this time. She said no and stated that she was very interested to speaking with me. We again scheduled a new time and again she didn't call. This is very disrespectful from my point of view. I have no interest in joining Wayfair anymore. My feeling is that this company is a joke.
