I applied online and heard from a recruiter within a few days. We scheduled a call which went great. We reviewed my experience and discussed the expertise I could bring to the role. She told me the salary range as well as next steps, and told me that I would hear back from her within a few days to schedule the next step of the interview process. Unfortunately I never heard back from the recruiter even after a few attempts to follow up. It appears after reading other reviews that I'm not the only person this has happened to, which is such a shame. I no longer have interest in attempting to apply to Wayfair jobs since applicants are treated so poorly. Not a good look to ghost people who have an interest (and the right experience) to work for your company.
