Applied online. A few days later a recruiter added me on Linkedin, then sent me a blank email (literally no content in it except their signature). I emailed back asking if this was a mistake, they apologized and copied/pasted in a generic scheduling link. I scheduled myself for a phone call the following week. The day of the phone call they never called me. I followed up twice and heard nothing. Following week they write me back and apologize, no explanation, and say I can reschedule. I didn't bother.
