The process was straightforward, consisting of two stages. First, I was interviewed by Peter over the phone and via Teams. I must mention that Peter was extremely helpful, especially as I started this job through a Kickstarter scheme. I had issues with the application, and Peter went out of his way to resolve them for me. After the initial interview, the next stage involved completing a task, which allowed me to demonstrate my skills and prove that I was a strong candidate. The process was very smooth, and once the task was completed, it was just a matter of finalising the contract and paperwork. Overall, it was one of the best interview experiences I've had.
