It was a good interview experience for the role of student mentor. all the questions felt in line with what we would need to do as a student mentor , was interviewed with other people but it didn’t feel unfair at all.

Consists of an online assessment, a 6-day boot camp and a final interview. The online assessment is aptitude style. The boot camp is where they test your abilities to work under pressure and your ability to adapt to the work they give you. The overall process is difficult, especially the boot camp.
