      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso WeWork (Sydney)

      Colloquio

      I had three interviews. First a video conference with Talent. Then onsite with sales leader then video conference with operations director. Talent was pushy on getting me through to next interview. Onsite interview was a very inspiring and interesting conversation and l left feeling positive about the experience. Then got to the third I was asked to do homework and wasn’t advised I would be presenting, which was awkward. The homework was very in-depth and intensive and was a lot of work and they only give you 48hrs to turn it around. I heard they were interviewing 9 candidates which seems a lot to do this level of homework and feels like it was just gathering peoples intel for free in the guise of an interview. I was advised they would contact me a week later and after three weeks I haven’t heard anything, even after contacting with a Thank you email. I think that is very disrespectful, especially after expecting the interviewees to do such full on homework. Not left with a good impression and think the company may not have a good work life balance and have un reasonable expectations and the pay wasn’t that substantial. Proceed with caution.
