Initially did a phone screen interview which was standard. I was told about the role and other roles adjacent to it which might be open as well. After which a second interview was done with the head of the department. Interview seemly went well and was told I got the green light to move on to the next phase which I was completely ghosted on. Very unprofessional. Makes you see why theres high turnover in this company.
