The interview is very relaxed and basic. They are looking for people who are self driven and independent that show traits of leadership and "want to" in the world of corrugation. Previous experience is good but not necessary. They are very big on entrepreneurship.

They will ask whether you are willing to work overtime and I will say that they work A LOT of extra hours during many parts of the year.
