Interview process was super simple. I received an email for an interview. Then at the interview, there’s a ton of people in one room where you then go into separate breakout room with 2 people. They ask you behavioral questions + one grocery store design question.
You then get an offer/call back after two weeks

Mainly behavior questions on how you would handle conflicts amongst teams and times you had to perform under pressure. Be sure to ask questions at the end about what the job will entail. Make sure you highlight what you achieved explicitly.

Phone interview, zoom interview. Very smooth and easy process. Learned about the program through university. They sent an invite for me to apply on their website. Only took a couple days for them to get back to me.
