Straight forward, two engineers asking situational questions about your experience. Considering this interview was with engineers they were looking for very specific answers, high-level responses were met with specific questions. I was also told I was able to call via my cellphone before the interview. When I was on the phone with the interviewers I was then told I should have video called them instead.

Mainly behavior questions on how you would handle conflicts amongst teams and times you had to perform under pressure. Be sure to ask questions at the end about what the job will entail. Make sure you highlight what you achieved explicitly.

Phone interview, zoom interview. Very smooth and easy process. Learned about the program through university. They sent an invite for me to apply on their website. Only took a couple days for them to get back to me.
