I applied online on a Saturday morning and received a phone call for a phone interview Monday. Later on in the week I was granted an interview with the district manager and I received an offer on the spot.
Phone Interview - typical interview questions, including situational (STAR Method) questions while learning more about the position. Lasted about 15 minutes with easy to average difficulty level. This is the first of two interviews.

First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.
