Very easy, accept first job applicants frequently, very nice, ask a lot about your history in work and if worked before, ask to make sure you haven’t been fired or been a not so good employee, puts all info on a program that calculates if they should hire you or not.

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
