The interview process has multiple different parts. They have a group interview with about 3 other RA candidates and then about 4 people interviewing each other RAs. There is also a group session with multiple RAs where you do a bunch of different workshops.

We had a series of group interviews, overall it was a great experience and low pressure. Come prepared and look business professional, make sure to bring extra copies of your resume.
