The people were very nice. I felt very comfortable taking to them. The case was pretty interesting. What is a difficulty that you faced and how did you overcome it?
I'm a mechanical engineering major who applied to the 2026 Utilities Consulting Role. After doing more research, I found out it was definitely more business-focused than engineering-focused, so I struggled a bit to answer the why questions. Still figured it was worth a shot, though.

First there was a Human Resources Screening Interview. Then there was a Behavioral interview, Then 3 Back-to-Back Interviews that were 2 behavioral interviews (1:1) and one case. They got back to me very quickly after the final round.
