The first phone interview was a behavioral interview and conducted by an outsourced company. Very typical behavioral "Describe a time when..." questions were asked but my interviewer was very helpful and guided the interview well. Second phone interview was conducted by a division manager and was basically a review of my resume and expanding on parts that were relevant to the position.
