They brought me in for a two plus hour in person interview. I met with a number of leaders and individuals. I sent follow up thank yous to everyone and never heard back at all about next steps or if they had chosen someone else. I wouldn't mind if I wasn't the right fit - but at least have the common decency to respond to candidates that invest in person interview time with you. Very unprofessional.
