Panel Interview, over 2 hours long, different people joining/leaving the panel during the whole interview. Was very awkward. No one offered a handshake, before or after. No one offered their business cards, names or titles. Panelist who asked most of the questions had a very thick accent and was difficult to understand and was a horrible interviewer. Candidate they hired for this position didn't last 6 months.
