Understanding that most web sites we interact with on a daily basis, such as Social Media etc, are all SaaS, and having worked within sales on a number of web based platforms, I feel I can fully comprehend the process of the applicant journey, and help those who are configuring the system in that recruitment process get the most out of the experience. Having the ability to converse at all levels is a definite advantage.
