My biggest weakness if when I failed at making sure my customer was completely satisfied. This often occurred during winter operations or when maintenance issues happened. Sometimes we had to cancel a flight and I would do my best to take care of the customer. There were times when I could not do enough though and I always struggle when I fail to get an A+ rating from a customer.
