Everyone needs to relax , to escape the tyranny of time , listening to music ,watching the movement of clouds .First i should really keep this client, surroundings to be positive and uplifting, not energy depleting, calm down, boost stuff confidence , remember stuff customer service is a systems approach, decrease stuff stress, increase the odds , listen client more and more, continual attempt to answer to her demands, paying more attention to this culprit than the clients who really deserve it
