A company that is very focused on basics. The rollout of My Customer is helping, but very dependent of the associate and Store Manager's abilites. On the corporate side, they are working to ensure they can ride the current wave of change impacting the core business line. Lean is very much in action. That said, opportunties to learn and grow are there.
