Japara is a major aged care center that specializes in dementia care. It is focused on providing a happier healthier lifestyle. What really caught my eye, were the values that Japara upholds. Specifically, "Enjoyment". I believe that enjoyment is important for both resident and staff, it's not a common value across other healthcare facilities.
