I said I forgot, I worked on Spring 6 years ago. Don't remember the definitions. Working on such J2EE frameowrks (e.g. Spring ,JBoss SEAM, JEE6, Strus, Stripes) are almost similar. Knowledge of 2/3 frameworks makes it easy to get an idea of other frameworks pretty quickly. They did not like it. To them, Spring is supreme, there is nothing like Spring framework. It looks like they have not heard of JEE6, JEE7, Seam etc.
