First they screen cv then they Connect with candidate and check their communication skills, CTC, availability and attitude.All the required details are sent to the Manager for whom we are hiring. If CV gets shortlisted then follow up starts and we invite candidate for Face to Face. Several times candidate ask for Telephonic Interview , we Understand their obligations and do the same. There are 3 Rounds of Interview if a candidate appears for Face to Face Interview. In HR round we analyse your working skills, hobbies, stability, ECTC and so on then a round with manager or team member for which hiring is going on, they will ask questions related to analytic s, On Page, Off Page activities and so on, If they approved then there is salary discussion round as any other company does. The selection process takes time as their is a big pool of candidates to select from which leads to some time open ended conversation.
