I have a hard time saying I am overloaded with work and need assistance since I like make sure everything is done with a high standard. However, I am working on it by realizing that I do love to mentor others and seeing my colleagues grow as I teach them new skills which assist not only me but my entire team as it alleviates the task and helps them grow.
