I start working very young with my father who had restaurant in touristic city after that i was so intersted by food and culinary so i studied that to get diploma and after 5 years of professionnel school i get two diploma and between this time i was making internship in the best hotel and restaurant in tunisia. In 2009 my career started in one of the leading hotel arround the world"The Residence Tunis" where i had a great experience and recommondation from my ex chef ,i changed a lot between restaurant and hotel to improve my skills and get more experience. Im professionel as sushi master,pizzaiolo,buffet decoration and carving on fruits,cold kitchen and hot kitchen and i have a good idea in pastry as well. Since two years im working with cruise ship where im growing up very fast position after position .
