I answered this question very honestly. I don't have a lot of experience with software or technology in general besides using common daily-use software services. My hard skills may not quite be there, but I am good at learning. I can learn to use the software and the processes. And my experience is in customer service and my biggest strength as far as soft skills go is empathy. That goes a long way. You can teach hard skills, you can't teach soft skills.
