Reject, respectfully but that was it!.. The response was surprising as she (HR) said they are looking towards profile with digital experience!. Now the profile was wide open from day one, if that is even a narrow misfit they wouldnt have gone ahead to conduct 6 rounds of interviews. The actual response was not shared even though she promised to share that - It took 12 weeks and then you dont know why your profile got rejected is surprising especially considering the fabulous exchanges you had over these 12 weeks. But I am grateful to Forrester , now I am a far better consultant and have a great offer. However, even if I join the best consulting firm in India , even for a brief period I would love to work for Forrester - as if the interview process is such a learning experience then the day to day work must be even better!
