Initially an email was sent out asking about my salary requirements, once that was agreed up we scheduled a call. The first call was a 30 min call just listening about the organization and position.The second call was when we discussed my experience. The interviewer decided this won’t be a fit as my aspirations are too high and the company doesn’t have that foreseeable growth in the next 5years.

DO NOT apply to Whereoware. One of the worst evaluators of talent and unprofessional agencies in the DC area. The interview process was laughable as the first phone interview lasted 10 minutes. The person interviewing me seemed uncomfortable and rambled through scripted questions extremely fast and then asked if I had any. I made it to the next stage which was an in person interview. The first interview lasted less than 5 minutes as the department head scanned my resume and didn't know what to say. I then had 3 more interviews which went alright. After driving 8 hours on a Holiday for the interview I never heard a response from the company after numerous follow ups. Don't waste your time, they can't hire talent anyway.
