I was interviewed by the founder. It was immediate to me that she was not impressed from the moment I sat down. She would barely engage in conversation as she typed her notes of my responses to her questions. There was no back and forth dialogue. It felt very strict and like I was boring her. The whole interaction felt very pretentious and like I seemed to offend her after tripping up my words with the company name. It definitely made me not want to work there, not that I would have had the chance anyway.
