Group interview of about 10-12 people. Managers asked scenario-based questions. After that, we were taken for one-on-one interviews where managers asked about our background and experience. They want to get to know you for the most part, and it felt more casual than the group interview. Definitely speak up during the group interview, try to bounce off of what others are saying.

Was interviewed in a group setting but was then eventually pulled individually for one-on-ones. Great if you didn’t get a chance to speak in the group setting but at least try to bounce off your fellow interviewees. One-on-ones are meant for managers to get a better feel of your personality, goals, and past experiences.
