Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Whole Foods Market (Evanston, IL) nel mese di set 2012
Colloquio
Called for a "pre-interview" where they just wanted to look me over before actually interviewing me. I have an extensive work history but only put my 3 months at Lululemon as experience so I wouldn't look "over qualified". However, when I showed up I had a high-quality resume with business cards, wore professional work attire and made sure I had a water bottle and book to keep myself busy during the wait between interviewers.
A 15-minute pre-interview turned into an hour-long full session. Mostly I answered the typical questions about job history, what I know about Whole Foods, etc.
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
My most difficult question was why I left my previous employment since you cannot speak ill of a previous employer. The experience itself was textbook interview process with no unexpected or bizarre questions. The interviewers were casual, friendly people who were very open and relaxed. They found my honesty and openness refreshing, even when it was sometimes "unprofessional".

Very simple, basic questions and received the job the next day. They asked me questions regarding company culture and my previous experience working with customer facing positions. I had two people interviewing me.

Very kind interviewer, short interview process with only one interview required. I was hired very quickly which was nice. I interviewer with the manager who was very welcoming and gave me the chance to ask any questions I had about the company as well.

Very short and straight to the point. Friendly people doing the interviews. Felt great and didn’t get nervous. They tell you the expectations on the spot to see if it’s actually something you’d like to continue with.
