Do your research on the company. Understand their core values and have a good reason for wanting to go into staffing. Be sure to speak to cold calling (if you have done it before, wonderful! If not, have a reason to back up how you will make up for it). Overall, not bad at all. Usually only 2 waves of interviewing.
