I decided I want to work for Starbucks because the workplace dynamic at any Starbucks I've been to seems fantastic. Everyone I know who worked there loves it. Not to mention that I love going to Starbucks even as a customer, so it wouldn't hurt to be paid for it! (a bit of humour with half truth hahaha)
