I want to work at Shell because the Assessed Internship Programme is built around giving interns real responsibility on meaningful projects supported by mentoring and structured feedback. This role aligns with my goals because I’m deciding to pursue a career in either process or chemical engineering, and Shell is a place where I can apply engineering fundamentals to real operations while learning from experienced engineers. Shell’s internship program stood out to me since I believe interning is the best opportunity to figure out what I want to do and Shell’s program seems to be centered around those values as well
