Look the part! I had an amazing outfit and I felt like I shined and stood out among the crowd. If you are a man, shave and wear a nice suit. Shine your shoes or make sure they are clean. If youre a woman, Wear blush, neutral or red lip, stud earrings, closed toe with 3 inch or less for the heals, business casual is fine. I wore a dark blue dress that kind of looked like a flight attendants outfit, black flats, with black stockings. Smile a lot and sit up straight. Make sure they know you're listening maybe nodding your head a few times. Ask questions and when the people who are interviewing you say their name, make sure to write it down and remember. Talk to as much people as possible. Read about the company and have at least 10 facts about them. Integrate facts about the company with some of your interview questions and I know that helped me out a lot because I saw how their eyes lit when I was responding. Prepare possible interview questions and I suggest going on youtube. Be yourself and not act fake. Show that you are passionate and dont forget to thank the interviewers after. I also sent the recruiter a thank you email but I dont know if that even mattered. I got the job and currently waiting on my background check.
