Applied through Consultant. 1st round was online Hacker rank Test which you can attend from home . Test was with 2 coding questions and few multiple choice questions on Java and coding questions where on DP, Strings.
After clearing interview consultant called me and told that you have scored very well in the test so the company just wanted to have general discussion with you and you are almost selected and its just 1hr discussion left. After that I went to company where they took 3 technical rounds which lasted for more than 4hrs . Overall experience was very bad . I can never forget this interview experience.

Both Technical rounds where based on java concepts , algorhythm data structure ,Spring, Hibernate. Managerial round was based on designing database. Interviewer were very annoying and totally unprofessional were behaving very weird while interviewing . Without discussing with HR they were asking me to leave even after clearing the technical rounds. And when I was checking with HR they were asking me to stay for further rounds. Manager was very rude. He told me that he is taking risk of selecting me in his team as if I did not clear any rounds till and was asking him to select simply without having any knowledge. Only thing I felt good here that HR were good to talk and professional.

This was via a third party consultant. I was told payu and then interview started for wibmo which is acquired by payu. First round was taken by a third party person which was good. Two coding qns, spring boot, hibernate, dB qns.
Second round by a senior/ lead which was mostly only technical qns.
Third round by doe. He was very nice during the interview. Asked technical and coding qns. Seemed like a very genuine person. I was looking forward to joining this company.
They HR lowballed and gave me an initial offer of 6l below of what I had mentioned as expected tc before the interview. Then they increased a little and with the stocks it added up to my expectations but jb was removed and I was called to bangalore which would mean my compensation would actually be X - 5l. I could see on fishbowl people from service based companies getting a higher offer. The reviews on glass door were very bad in regards to the wlb.
They need to work on being employee centric to improve their ratings.
The first round is coding test with 120 min duration. The interview process is like a discussion. They give some scenario and the interviewee have to give the solutions. Very friendly approach the interviewer had.

HR call, teams interview schedule ,Round 1 which was technical then round 2 which was techno functional.then third round was managerial round then I got scheduled interview for hr final discussion.
