      Very long process with many many steps. Conversations with all levels that take a long time to schedule. Nice team to work with to get everything scheduled but took forever so I backed out.

      I applied through a recruiting firm and had a decent experience overall but it seemed like they want you to already know everything about the company before starting. One of the questions during my presentation of the project (which was a presentation to a mock client) was where does Windfall get its data on an individual's debt which is a valid question for an actual employee but isn't readily available on the website. The answer that I did find was very vague and required me to submit a request for one of their white papers. I'd say it was a neutral experience overall but I don't get why a company would expect you to already know everything about their company when you walk in the door. If you have the skills to execute the job well, they should expect to spend a few weeks on training. Screening interview with a recruiter, interview with the hiring manager/VP of Customer Success, project (Excel + Powerpoint or Google Slides), interview with the head of sales (co-founder), presentation of the project to a panel of 4. The next two rounds would have been a follow-up interview with the VP of Customer Success and finally an interview with the CEO.
