Very relaxed and professional hiring process. Interviewer made sure to state the requirements of duty up front. Good attitude from the entire hiring staff. Nothing unusual during my hiring process.

I was referred to the company by someone who was already working there - so I knew I already had the job. I was still required to come in for an interview. I interviewed with the manager who seemed like a really nice guy. He asked the typical questions: why do you want the job, how would you describe yourself, what are three weaknesses your former employer would say you must improve on, etc. The convo went well and by the end he was giving me the training schedule.

I applied on-line and was then contacted via phone by HR with whom I then interacted with via email and phone until my interview. HR is in NH and the site is in MA so that was the best mode of communication. I was interviewed by the location manager he was very laid back yet very professional. He knew I had experience as he had also worked at my previous employer and he spoke to me like I knew what I was talking about which I did. He walked me through pay and the dates for the next trainings at which point I asked if he was hiring me which he laughed and stated yes and offered me the job, which I accepted.
