I was called in to a group interview. There were 5 of us in total. The assistant manager would ask a question and anyone was able to answer if they wanted to. It took my group about 30 minutes.

It was a group interview with only 2 other girls and myself. The store manager was very friendly but very clear with what type of employee she was looking to hire. She first started off by telling us what she was looking for and how the store operates and then proceeded to asking us different questions regarding experience, what we would do in scenarios, and what we expect from her as a manager. It was fairly easy. Afterwards, she had us to a simulation where a "customer" was looking for an outfit to wear on a first date. I simply picked out one full outfit and then explained to her why this would be perfect. She called me offering the job within 2 hours after the initial interview. I came in that day for a background check and then she called me like 3 days later to start filling out various paperwork.
