Wipro for the first time organised a Wipro National Talent Hunt 2018.
Firstly they had apptitude and coding test which was very easy and anyone get to qualify this test he or she will be interviewd by wipro official , there they have a face to face technical session ,this is not so tough they just your basics to be very clear so that they can make you learn anything , one who qualify this round are most likely to be in the team, Then they have HR round , there wipro just discuss about bond amount and working flexibilty as per location and hours
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
