Interviews where all phone interview. First interview was with HR/Recruiter to discuss overview of position and requirements. Second interview was with Director regarding current experience, existing and future needs for the company. Overall interview process spanned over 2 weeks.

Good process with three levels of interview L1 technical, L2 technical + managerial and then HR discussion. The role was for a Java Developer with SBI client. The question difficulty was easy to moderate.

Interview process was very smooth, there were four rounds, first two rounds were technical and the third round was client round. Last one was HR discussion. Interviewers were very nice, they were very clear about what they need from you.
