I gave the interview on Women’s Day, during which the salary discussion also took place. The HR informed me that one of their team members would get in touch with me and that the offer would be released soon.
After 15 days, I received a call from the HR (Alisha.elizabeth), who told me that I needed to give one more interview. I agreed. After that round, she informed me that the review was positive but that another round of interview was required. I said okay and agreed to attend the next round.
Fifteen days later, she told me that I had cleared the interview and that she would share a link where I needed to upload my documents. I confirmed and uploaded them.
Now, after 20 more days, she called again and said that the offer is ready, but they can only release it if I’m able to join in May. Otherwise, they will have to calculate the 90-day notice period from the date of my initial walk-in.
The HR’s name is Alisha Elizabeth dutt.
