A very standard interview process: 1. Recruiter interview to understand fit to the role 2. 60min pair programming session with two engineers 3. 60min system design interview with two other engineers 4. Product interview 5. Leadership interview All the interviewers were kind and the exercises were real world problems, not Leetcode-esque problems.
