The interview process was straightforward. The interviewers asked about my current and previous work experiences, why I wanted to work for Wise, and what skills I would bring to improve the company's operations. They also asked questions about what I would do if I were in a hypothetical situation.

It was a 1hr 30mins interview, fully prepare yourself to be asked on payment operations, as well as general questions. There would only be 1 break in between the questioning. Do not expect to be hired and also to have an answer to why you were not chosen.
Process took 1 month and there was no reply from the HR team when ask what is the outcome of the interview, only receive an automated response after 2 weeks later
Take home test -> 2 rounds of interviews
Take home test was pretty simple, after that I was offered an interview within a week. They mentioned the second round of interviews would take place in the same week, but I failed to progress past the first interview stage.
