HR called and scheduled a the initial technical interview which was to be proctored by another HR colleague of hers. The interview was scheduled for Sunday(Mutually agreed). However, when I logged in for the interview I could not find anyone else having joined the call. Waited for 15 minutes and logged out. Dropped a mail after few hours informing about my attendance and asking for a reschedule. Meantime, I had also received calls from the person who was supposed to proctored, and this was a good 30 to 45 minutes from the start time. Have not received any reply and I feel it is for my best.
