The job position was not stated well, and so I had little to no idea as to what I was accepting. I needed a job at the time and accepted it when he offered it. The interview itself was supposed to be the owner and the Marketing Director, but then all the senior staff got pulled into it. So, I did my interview in front of a panel of six.
