The interview included the typical chat with the hiring manager, an additional chat with the company's owner, and a written exam. The exam was a pretty standard technical questionnaire, I didn't find it particularly difficult and thus not super memorable. They were hesitant to hire someone with little MSP experience to an experienced role, despite their high turnover and my years of experience. They were prompt to offer a lower position after I left.
